Because It has never been more important to practice self-care and mindfulness, we have created a ‘Relaxation Corner’.
If there are times in your day when you simply want to escape from everything and everyone, we have put together some poetry and a number of guided meditations to hopefully provide some respite from today’s stress and worry.
For some, meditation can be very difficult and they can find the effort involved in clearing their mind frustrating. There is no right or wrong way to meditate however, we have found the use of guided meditation can make the process of clearing your thoughts easier whilst focusing on the story being told.
We hope to grow and expand our relaxation corner with a variety of activities or ideas that we feel might be helpful.
