CLICK CLICK – A TRUE STORY OF COURAGE AND LOVE AND THE BRAVE WOMEN WHO TELL THIS STORY

This is a true story written by the daughters of the man who sexually abused them until they were adults.
It is harrowing, yet at times you find yourself laughing out loud at the things the girls say.

Justice is served in the end, although it takes a long time and the girls are branded as liars, telling their story to ‘make money’ but truth will out.

There are so many books written about it, it’s sad, but read one and you’ve read them all. That doesn’t mean I don’t have sympathy or empathy for the girls involved in this story and I admire tremendously their courage and fight as they take their abuser to court, and their story is finally told, The abuser denies all the allegations against him – stating he was seduced by the girls!!

It is at times so sad, yet the girl’s fight for the right to have their dignity and their good hearts restored to them, their mother believes them and joins in the fight to restore their dignity.

The title is so inspiring – but these girls love each other and finally after all that is done to them, they continue in their fight to show their dignity, how frightened they are, by lack of support how at times they felt like felt like giving in and not going through with the fight to restore their good names and dignity.

I don’t normally read these type of books, but my sister bought it me on my kindle and I am so glad she did, as the subject is harrowing, the girls have such fantastic senses of humour, you have to laugh with them too. I can’t recommend this book enough – it is full of bravery, sadness, and joy and beautifully told.

I would love to meet the girls (well grown up ladies now) and thank them for their courage in fighting their fight when all was against them, I just would love to say a big thank you to them for baring their souls and going through what they had to prove their innocence and hug their loving caring mother who helped them in the fight to prove the truth. An awe inspiring book well worth reading and who knows, how many others it may inspire to fight their stories and give them the justice they so deserve.
